Home Audition Program Policy

  1. 50% Deposit: To participate in the Home Audition Program, a deposit of 50% of the product’s MSRP is required, payable by credit card. This deposit reserves your demo unit for the trial period.

  2. Free Shipping Both Ways: JAT Stereo will cover the shipping cost to you and for the return. We aim to make the experience as convenient and risk-free as possible.

  3. 1-Month Experience Period: The trial period lasts for 1 month, beginning on the day the product is delivered to you. Enjoy the full month to evaluate and experience the product in your own space.

  4. Open-Box Condition: Demo units may be open-box items. Each unit is inspected and tested to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.

  5. Full Refund Upon Return: If you choose not to keep the product, return it within the 1-month period in its original condition to receive a full refund of your 50% deposit.
